Good Ideas

I love good ideas and this is useful for any household.

A simple label on a covered food item stating when it was opened/cooked.

How many times have you gone to the fridge to find a half used tin of beans and had no idea when they were opened?

If you have a relative with several carers visiting then the name may be of use but the date is definitely! This is also a good idea for anyone caring for someone with dementia.

I share the responsibility for cooking for and providing food for one of my clients who also has his daughter visit and another carer. I go to the fridge some days and have no idea how long something has been open and will be introducing this system.

I have always prided myself on being an organiser and even I hadn’t thought of this idea.
