The future of elderly care could become the role of tech gadgets and less carer orientated. Yes this will keep the elderly alive but will the loneliness kill them?

Cuddle cushions with sensors to give the sensation of being wrapped up in someone’s arms and water bottles which can tell if drinkers are dehydrated have been suggested as innovative ways to improve the lives of the elderly.
