(I had to publish this as a post in order to add it as a link to my Testamonial page ! It is just such a lovely letter of endorsement of my work at Caron Cares and in support of my application for Rotary funding to help support the elderly and orphans in Kenya)

I am writing this letter in support of the application that Caron Sprake has submitted for Rotary Club funding. I have not met Caron personally yet however her work became known to me via the social network website Linkedin.

She has a very strong reputation for promoting and meeting every need of older people.

I was extremely impressed with Caron’s considerate and empathetic nature regarding older people and her relentless effort and sheer hard  work she put in to help the elderly she has never met in Kenya.

I am quite a respected world renowned Gerontologist and author on human ageing and it is rare in my experience to meet someone with the passion, compassion and determination to help and empower older people that Caron has consistently shown.

She works hard both in her day job and also online writing her blog that I have also agreed to contribute to as and when I am able with my demanding schedule as Professor and Associate Dean at Coventry University.

This also indicates the degree to which I appreciate what Caron is working to achieve to facilitate and meet older people’s every need.

I very strongly support Caron’s work and application for Rotary funding.

Do get back to me if you require further information.

Yours Sincerely,

Professor Jason L. Powell
