We all know the social care sector is in trouble.

Continued cuts to services when the demand for them is increasing and I have always had some ideas as to how this could change for the better.

I called it Blue Sky thinking as it is, perfect in a perfect world. I shared the following slides widely on social media and really thought I would receive some sharp criticism. I was amazed they were met with positivity and approval.
