Legal help for the elderly

Specialist solicitors for the elderly

Alongside my blog here I am also very active on other platforms of social media. Someone contacted me last week and asked whether I knew of any solicitors who specialised in cases regarding the elderly.

From the back of my mind I suddenly remembered an email I had received ages ago and ran a google search.

SFE – Solicitors for the elderly is an independent, national organisation of lawyers, such as solicitors, barristers, and chartered legal executives who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.

All SFE Full Accredited Members are specialists in the field of older client law.

Not only have they gained significant experience in this field, but they have also undergone a unique qualification which focusses on additional skills to enable them to work with older and vulnerable people.

They are also required to tailor their services specifically for their clients. Look out for the SFE stamp of approval.

So if you are looking for legal advice regarding an issue relating to someone elderly these may be the first people to try.
