Finalist Again

Thank you for getting me to the Finals again.

I am delighted to announce that for the third consecutive year Caron Cares has made it to the finals of the UK Blog Awards. As always competition is strong, and my content is niche and may not be relevant or appealing to everyone. However saying this, I won my category last year!

I am simply happy to be attending what is always a great party for the finals in April, I have honestly said it’s not about the winning more about raising awareness and I still stand by that.

My work continues to raise awareness about good care for the elderly and keeping them safe and well to the best of our ability. My work has widened to care for care givers. They save the Government billions annually and are often mentally and physically exhausted and isolated into the bargain. Much needs to be done to value the amazing job these people do.

So here starts another year, let’s see where it will take us.

Designer of the Dementia Assistance Card and Points Of Light award recipient, Caron hopes to help carers when resources are limited and demand is ever-increasing. I am here to support you.

  1. Thank you very much Robert. That is kind of you to say. I have come a long way from the technophobe you took under your wing and taught how to blog. Onwards and upwards in 2017 too hopefully.

  2. Congratulations, Caron! You are a well-deserved finalist, once again. You do so much wonderful work for the elderly and their carers.

Well done – keep up the good work!!
